I am convinced that there are people who have reported the coin-mining-farm field as a scam but do not make decisions on the skin of others who trust this field and who are infinitely more than others who do not. What is known at the moment is that the domain has been suspended by you and that the coin-mining-farm representatives are trying to lift this suspension. One of the proofs is the communication between them and you, which you sent to us, to those who demanded the suspension. So, the loss of me and the other investors was caused by you, the ones who decided to suspend the domain. And I think it's totally wrong the way you did it. If there were any complaints against your customers, your obligation was to required to notify your customer, the representatives of the coin-mining-farm, tell them about the complaints and give them the opportunity to defend themselves. Everyone benefits from the presumption of innocence, according to the law around the world. It would have been normal for you to give them a deadline by which they can send you the requested documents and let you know what the consequences are, if they do not comply. But this did not happen, you procedure was completely unprofessional and it involved wrong decisions which led to the financial damage for tens of thousands of people, maybe even hundreds of thousands.

This is your job, you have their contact details, as you have discussed so far, contact them and ask for another identity document, in addition to the driver's license, which shows the proof that he is the same person.

It is too hard to believe, that crypto-mining-farm is scammed all the investors? When domain were suspended, they ordered another domain. But it also was suspended. We did not suspend a website, but on Facebook, they announce, that it was suspended. Any better idea how to tell this?
Well, it’s legitimate service honestly. Until somebody or some company accused as scam and suspend it, so now setup to looks like become scammer sites.

They said they don't support free speech on their servers.
I literally inquired about their servers because they were off-shore from the U.S., and was going to sign up for one, but the requirement is free speech. Seems like a simple request. Of course we have TOS specified clearly against anything illegal, and their reply was that they don't support free speech. I am not kidding you. I don't know how to share the actual screenshot of their reply, but it was the oddest reply I've ever seen. I would not recommend them.

But there may be bad free speech, like disinformation, fake news, propaganda, etc. Your request was "Need a quality off-shore Ukraine, Netherlands, somewhere free speech supported dedicated server". We have a bad experience with free speech, so sometimes it is better to lose a client than get issues in the future. I really don’t think we deserve bad feedback because we refuse to provide services for a specific project. There may be specific complaints and requests to remove information. The author of this feedback will agree to delete that information? We cannot predict this, just as we cannot predict what will be uploaded. Really unpredictable.

Most of this reviews are not the true nature and not as it appears in reality. I bought a hosting plan from this so called company and they quickly blocked my account, took my money and with the excuse that someone else bought same VPS as mine. If you plan on wasting your money then goodluck to you. Do not be deceived by strange good looking comments. You go in and you regret it.
