They provide great customer service, custom servers. Their team is very skilled and helped me to transfer whole 6 servers infrastructure to their data center. They do not have hardware RAID controllers listed in site, but they agreed to install to all servers for small monthly fee. Also guys provided a vlan between all servers with no additional cost. Best price/service/quality I got from them. Thank you guys!
Even in the most complicated and awkward situations for me Bacloud has kept a cool head and helped me to sort out things in an absolute professional manner. Since 1999 I haven't found such a reliable hosting partner anywhere around the globe - and there have been many for me. Bacloud offers great value for money.
It is actually not true. Price was not increased to this client, it always was 0.06 BTC. Bitcoin currency rate increased 3 times, so the service price. We send to all clients, that we can change currency to USD/EUR to prevent for such increasement, but this client did not reply.
Our answer to ticket:
----------------------- The price 0.06 BTC was right and you agreed to pay this price for service. We did not increase price, it stays 0.06 BTC always. We did not increase price, the currency rate changed. Currency rate could go up or down.
Bitcoin price was around $700 and it increased time to time. We send an email with notification to change and recalculate prices when Bitcoin price was around $1000. But we did not get any reply from you.
It is not possible to recalculate prices for paid invoices. Invoices are already paid and it is not possible to touch. Price was already changed 0.02 for renewal and further months. Exchange rate fluctuations are not compensated for past periods. Like we do not ask our clients to pay our looses for past periods, when currency rate drop's down.
It was not an automatic payment, client agreed to pay this amount and didn't ask to recalculate.

0.02 * 6 = 0.12 BTC should pay for you 0.06 * 6 = 0.36 BTC i was payed for you 0.36 - 0.12 = 0.24 BTC So now you must refund for me 0.24 BTC
Also last invoice now 48BTC Which proves that your system does not function properly.

We do not compensate currency changes and no one financial institution do not do that.
I was surprised about the sales team technical skills. I had many questions about service, most of them - technical related. Sales team offered a custom configuration and friendly answered to all questions ( motherboard, hard drives model's, network connectivity, upstream providers ) that is very important to us. As we know how to find good employees, they really have some!
I made an order and I got server details after 4 hours ( they provided ETA 2 - 3 hours ). Server - Supermicro, hard drives - Intel, another plus for a reliable hardware. Network across the eu is excellent, to other destinations could be better. Overall - Good service provider for EU location.
I ordered server 1,5 months ago. Paid by Bitcoins.
