They even updated all their hosting services and features to be more in line with the latest industry standards.
This refresh has helped make them a very attractive option in the hosting world. They have high quality shared hosting, excellent features, fair prices and more. If you need a shared hosting provider, this company should be one you consider.
You won’t likely run into any actual outages with this company. They run on good hardware and have been in business long enough to know how to keep their sites up and running smoothly. I’ve looked at a variety of actual users talking about this company and they almost all report having very stable hosting.
You’ll get all the standard features you would expect with a shared hosting company, and even some extras. All their packages include unlimited disk space and bandwidth. You can also have unlimited domains and MYSQL databases for your account. Every new account gets free marketing guides, $100 in Google AdWords AND Yahoo!/Bing paid ads to help promote your site. You even get a free cloud storage account that can keep 1 gig of files secure for you.
There is a nice website builder with thousands of templates available to use and they will give you a free domain for the first year. If you’re setting up an eCommerce site you can use a free online store with shopping cart service and more.
Overall this is a very nice list of features for anyone who needs a shared hosting service.
The tech support team is on site and ready to assist 24/7. They respond to issues quickly and can typically get them fixed fast. With shared hosting there are very few actual issues with the hosting provider, but they can even help with some types of user issues, which is nice.
One thing that is a little confusing about this company is their package options. They really just market one main hosting package, which has everything you need. The normal monthly price of this is $5.50, but they seem to have frequent ‘sales’ to make this significantly cheaper. They do have other ‘suites’ for design, marketing and support that cost extra normally. At the time of this writing these suites are all included in their normal hosting package. It says this is a limited time offer, but from what I can tell it has been going on for a while so that may just be a marketing strategy. Based on what I can see on their site, the prices do seem fair.
The only thing that is a little confusing with this company is figuring out what is included with their main hosting package and whether or not there are other package options. Experienced webmasters may find it a little odd that they really only offer the one main package (with possible extra suites). If you’re new to the web hosting world, however, this will likely just seem normal.
The sales team are responsive to phone calls and the tech support is there 24/7 to assist you with whatever you need. Most people will be very happy with the overall friendliness of this company.
This is a nice company that is offering good quality hosting to their customers. They only provide shared hosting solutions, so that does put in some limitations. For most people, however, this is more than enough.
