They currently have five offices in North America (Chicago, Austin, Tampa, Lauderdale and Vancouver. They also serve Europe with offices in Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands. They also have Asian locations in Korea and India and one location in Australia.
While they obviously have more locations than most other hosting companies, they aren’t the largest company in the industry. They host about 600,000 customers and since opening they have registered over 400,000 unique domains (not all of which are currently active).
In addition to hosting and domain registration, they also offer e-commerce platforms, website design services and some digital marketing services. Overall this is a well rounded company that offers high quality services to their customers. They have provided hosting to some major clients such as Coca Cola, Bank of Montreal, McGraw Hill and Disney.

HostWay provides a 99.9% uptime guarantee, though it is not clear exactly what happens in the event that you do go down. Some customers who experienced issues reported that they were immediately given credits on their bills, but that wasn’t written on their site anywhere.
They also have automatic backups that take place frequently, so if there is any type of major hardware failure they will be able to help get you back up and running quickly.
All the standard features plus a few nice extras
HostWay offers their customers all the standard features that you would expect from any hosting company. They are primarily focused on offering Unix based web hosting, though they do have other options as well.
They have a nice website building program called ‘Bespoke’ that they offer, though it is not free. If you would prefer saving some money, they do also allow you to use the SiteBuilder suite free of charge.

We had a test Domain name, that we cancelled back in 2013. Since it did not expire until 2017, we removed the auto renew. In 2017 they sent an email saying it was ready to renew. We replied, that it was cancelled years a go and that they needed to update their records. They still charged us and we had to file a chargeback on them.
I recomend, that anyone who has an issue with them file a chargback. Maybe they will get the message to stop screwing their customers with these automatic charges.
Um... when you have a hosting company you expect them to do RAID backups of your site. When your husband has that one accidental rm - public_html and it's gone you think "it's ok... there's a BACK UP!" but no... there wasn't. 1K a month and no fing back up???? what are you? Mickey Mouse? Donald Duck? No like Minnie your Fing Goofy?
IDK WTF is giving you all your GREAT reviews but this one is HONEST AND REAL if you want your s*it mishandled... or get a letter like "We're moving to a new colo and you're not going to have to pay a dime!" so we are going to F UP ALL OUR SERVERS so YOU get to go through ALL your OLD ASS DATA and make sure that ONE FILE that you NEVER EVER thought you'd need has to be changed because the GD servers have changed and the morons are too STOOPID to know how to HAVE PROFESSIONAL SERVER COMPANIES MOVE THEIR SERVERS TO THE NEW COLO SITES INSTEAD OF THEIR OWN TECH SUPPORT. No... homey don't play dat.

I can't *BELIEVE* you are so GD stoopid and when you are so gracious to move to your new colo location, I was SO looking forward to all the F UPs he was going to have to fix when for MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TELLING HIM "YOU NEED TO LEAVE HOSTWAY" (but what does this c*** know? I've only worked for Verio and a few other hosting cos) and today I HATED walking around saying "I hate saying it but... I TOLD YA SO!!!"
