The tech support is easy to use and provides good information.  They combined the tech support with this cloud service with the normal one they have for their other services too, which may be confusing at first, but once you figure it out it is nice.  They have a lot of content for self-help and other things like that.  You can even write in requests for them to add items to their ‘help center’ which is basically a knowledge base.

The prices are based on your selections of what features you want.  You can add additional CPUs, for example, and the monthly price will go up.  Same with disk space and RAM and things like that.  All the packages come with a base of 3TB of traffic included, but if you go over that it will cost extra too.  Of course, 3TB of bandwidth is a lot so you won’t likely go over.  The prices are in Russian, but when you translate them to English you will find that they are reasonable.
