Unfortunately in this instance, aspects of your order caused it to be flagged by our anti-fraud checks and the order was deleted without being processed. No payment for the order has been taken and the requested services have not been setup. I have added instructions below so that you can re-apply.
For security reasons we are unable to divulge precisely what caused the order to be flagged and treated in this way.
These Guys are frauds! I register a Domain and My money got Debited, and I Was happy but suddenly, There was an Error. They Said We NEver got your Money. TOTAL FRAUD!!!
Its unfortunate but i experienced the same issue. My account got debited but the domain was still on the market for sale after buying it on LCN . I think more sensitization should be done so people don't for victim to this scam of a domain registrar.
I asked these people to turn off auto billing which they assured me had been done. At the time I didn't know how to do it. They lied. They just stole £99 from my bank account for a domain i no loner want and never wanted to renew.
Tell me about it. apparently they were acquired by Namesco last year without letting their customer know. My hosting is up for renewal and I find that for years I have been paying for on site twice and another that I never wanted or used! When I asked for a refund they were very rude and I got a different story from 2 agents so one if not both were lying
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They're scammers. They'll never register your domains and will never refund you. I ordered some domains with them but not reflected in my account. When I contacted after a week, they said your order is closed because it is marked as fraud. Although I was charged on first try and I use same card across namecheap, cloudflare, bunny, contabo and many more.
I registered a domain reviewbeyond.com through lcn.com.Their system deducted the amount but I did not find it registered in my account. This is a fake site. They are scammers.Stay away form him.I have the proof that they deducted the amount for domain.I raised a ticket but they are not replying.
After trying to buy a domain, they took my money and then I got nothing, and after I called support and after they took 4 days to reply, they told me that my order has been flagged by anti-fraud system, but where did my money go you thieves !!!.
I had several domains with this company. Year by year I transferred them to another places. I was an ordinary domain registrar, had no troubles with it. But since two months ago I discovered that I cannot access my account. Every time I login I got such a message “An attempt was recently made to access your lcn.com Account from a country or IP address that has not been granted authorisation. For security reasons, this login attempt has failed.” These idiots suggest me to access in "Security Settings", under the "Account" menu in your Account. Unbelievable stupidity – how I can do this if login failed ?. Same about support request – I need to login to open the case. There telephone line never answer for the last 2 months. I’ve already complaint to ICANN and waiting some action from them, but it seems to me I could lose my domain. Stay away from these scam!
