Great Customer Service - Dunno what all the fuss is about
Ok, I've read a lot of negative posts about Qhosters customer service and given I have just had 2 issues with them which were resolved very quickly...I felt the need to throw my 2 pennies in.
I am a newbie to most of this and given that my issues were created by my lack of knowledge, I found the CS reps very accommodating and helpful, even going as far as to say that should i need help with a specific task i was trying to complete, they would help.
Whilst I appreciate that you have to wait for their CS to come online, ive found that they pick up the tickets within 24hrs and respond and will continue to work with you till its conclusion.
So far...I give the 10/10 for their efforts.
And they are not expensive either...BONUS

Ordered a domain from them, its been 5 days domain is unregistered, sent several mails and created ticket ......no response in 5 days......later i booked this domain from other provider and now i login to their panel they says domain is active.
The domain was not booked by them but they says ACTIVE (means they booked it)
Really crap!!!! Dont trust them at all.
And they have not responded to my tickets.........yet!

Charged lots of money. Services never set up. Emails and tickets never answered. Phone does not connect and skype blocks you.
Poor service run by scammers who probably rely on ripping off a couple of people every week. They should be shut down and the owner thrown in jail. Very bad people. Stay miles away from these guys. Do not let them STEAL your hard earned money and then waste your time. Wish we could leave them 0/10 review.

I Paid for a hosting , domain with SSL , under 24 hours , my account was disabled without any notice and thier skype customer service will blcok and delete you as soon as they notice you have a problem , Bad support , Stay Away now

They are the biggest scammers I have ever dealt with, Live Chat never works, Phone Numbers Fake, Tickets +6h to respond, I was their user for 1 year, lately they suspended my account and I weren't able to download my files, so I lost all my work, which I have been working for 1 year or more, after opening too many tickets, they deleted my account. I hate these shits, don't waste your money.
