Triple C is a very well established hosting company that also provides a variety of other services to their customers. The company was established back in 1989 before the Internet had really taken off to any significant degree. In addition to hosting services they also offer cloud computing options, software as a service, IT as a service, mail services, virtual machine options, IT consultation, domain name registration, IP services and much more.
The company uses hardware and software from top providers including VMWare, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft and many others. All together this helps them to be able to provide top quality hosting solutions for all their customers. Triple C is based out of Israel and their site is in the native language, so that is certainly something you will want to be aware of before choosing. Of course, you can translate their site quite easily, but it may not be worth the hassle for everyone.
The hosting with this company is going to be quite stable no matter which package you use. The shared services use good servers and technologies to help ensure everything remains up and stable at all times. When looking for other people who have used this hosting provider I didn’t find anyone complaining about downtime or other similar issues.
The VPS and dedicated servers are also on great quality hardware and they take advantage of VMWare to help ensure everything is going to work just the way it should. No matter what type of hosting you choose, it is going to be up and stable for your sites.
When you look through the hosting options with this company you will see that they are focused on providing shared hosting and dedicated servers. When looking at the shared hosting you will be able to choose from two categories based on your desires. Each of them allow you to pick from Windows or Linux. At the entry level options you are limited to just 500 megs of disk space and 100 gigs of bandwidth. While this is enough in many cases, it is still far lower than most other providers offer today.
When you click on the section for dedicated servers you will see that they actually include virtual private servers in this section. While technically VPS’s are not dedicated servers, it will be easier to understand if I group them together for this review. These servers use VMWare for the virtualization of the services. VMWare is the best known option out there and really has set the standard so that is good. They also allow you to choose from Windows or Linux based on your needs.
Overall they seem to have a nice set of features to choose from, though certainly not the most extensive on the market today. The shared hosting options are organized well enough, but when you get up into the dedicated or VPS options it can get confusing if you’re not used to working with this type of thing.
In the event that you run into any trouble with this company you will find that they are able to get the problems fixed quite quickly. They are very responsive and easy to work with. The site doesn’t have too much by way of self-help documentation or anything like that, so you may want to do research in other locations.
The prices are all listed in the Israeli Shekel. When you translate them to the dollar you will see that the different packages are all slightly over priced compared to what you will get with other hosting companies. For example, one shared hosting option is $7.69 per month while you’re only getting a very basic package. If you are not committed to finding a hosting company in Israel then you can likely find a better priced option for the features you are getting.
When you browse through their site you will find that it can be a little confusing. They layout doesn’t always make sense, especially when you look at the section for dedicated servers. If you do sign up for hosting with this company you will find that everything is easy to use. They use the Plesk control panel, which is a good option though not the most popular. They also have good tech support to assist you with anything you need.
