I have used several other services, and this has been the one that best fits my needs. Kamatera provides excellent performance, flexibility, and reliability. The setup is fast, and the level of control is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid and scalable VPS solution.

This is happening for the second time with my business: The company claims they will process the payments and send confirmation emails, but they don’t actually process the payments or charge the card, despite us having already provided two payment options, including a bank account. They don’t complete the payment, and they lock us out. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME OUR BUSINESS HAS BEEN AFFECTED. THEY DON’T HAVE 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kamatera claims they are outside of working hours and make you wait several days. The last time, WE WERE LOCKED OUT FOR FOUR DAYS BECAUSE IT WAS A HOLIDAY. This time, we’ve already emailed and called multiple times, and the only person answering the phone says he can’t do anything because it will take at least 24 hours for the billing department to resolve the issue. KAMATERA HOLDS OUR INFORMATION AND REFUSES US ACCESS TO, BUT ALSO REFUSES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY, AND THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM WHENEVER THEY WANT. Now, imagine your entire business paralyzed because Kamatera is holding your business information “hostage”, and won’t unlock your account because they did not process the payment. We do not recommend their services at all.

I've been trying to get kamatera.com to do something about their scammer spammer clients for over a year. All that I ever get is their automated response of "Thank you for contacting us, This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. Technical Support tickets response time goes from 5 minutes up to 24 hours, depending on the ticket urgency..." which goes absolutely nowhere - no responses after that and their scam clients continue to mass spam from their servers. This is not just casual stuff. These are forged headers, posing as various companies (complete with stealing their logos) and promising great deals... as long as you enter your credit card info. Yea, right. If you are even thinking of doing any hosting on kamatera.com I would suggest you go and do some random checks of some of their IPs. Every one I checked were on multiple blacklists for spam and fraud, which means any emails you send out will end up in spam folders. Any email you send out using another mail service will also end up in spam folders if you listed a link to a website hosted on Kamatera. There are good companies and then there are those who don't care if their client breaks any laws. There are far better companies out there who actually honor their advertised AUP. I could list ticket numbers here but there's dozens of them since every illegal spam gets reported. They just don't care. Update 03/15/2025: Kamatera requested additional information last week, so I provided them with ove a dozen different IP addresses that were being used in massive spam attacks, complete with phishing sites and forged headers. Their response? They did nothing. Kamatera: add a new IP to this growing list of why your servers are all getting blacklisted. Latest scam site at another IP assigned to Kamatera/Cloudwm and already on multiple blacklists. Use them, and your emails will be flagged as spam since so many of their IPs are always on blacklists.

I average around 3 outages a month, with the last one lasting over 3 hours during peak time. Not a single time did ChemiCloud contact me that the servers were down. I would not trust it for an important website and if you do, please use a downtime monitor.

The migration was painless (their support literally handled everything for me) and I can’t stress enough how good their support team is. Super fast replies, actually helpful, and they don’t treat you like you’re just another ticket in the queue. Performance-wise, my sites load noticeably faster now. With GoDaddy I was constantly dealing with slow pages and random hiccups, but on ChemiCloud things just work. Honestly feels like a huge upgrade all around. If you’re stuck on GoDaddy like I was, I’d say the switch is 100% worth it.

We were surprised and grateful to receive excellent customer support when our Moodle ran into difficulties after a major upgrade - support staff were responsive, gave helpful suggestions, and eventually led a data migration that went fairly smoothly. We still have a tech support volunteer who liaises with their team and ties up loose ends, but our experience with Interserver has been great overall.

They have a laughably rigid "no refunds after 45 days" policy, even if you're left with NINE MONTHS of unusable time on your account. The server performance is absolutely abysmal. It feels like a ticking time bomb. Their servers go down every five damn minutes. I wish that were an exaggeration. You can’t run a business, host clients, or even keep a basic webpage online with this level of instability. And the worst part? They know it. They’ve been told. And they’ve done NOTHING. This isn’t just about downtime. This is about the destruction of trust, time, and business. Their constant outages directly led to the suspension of both my Google Ads and Google Merchant Center accounts. Do you have any idea what kind of hell it is trying to recover from that? The appeals, the explanations, the hours of writing emails and making calls just to prove that you didn’t do anything wrongit was your provider. I’ve lost revenue, credibility, and sleep over this. I’ve spent countless hours troubleshooting problems that weren’t mine to begin with fighting fires started by their failures. The psychological stress of watching your business crumble over something you can't control is unbearable. It’s anxiety. It’s helplessness. It’s rage. Or worse copy-pasted excuses from support agents who clearly don’t care and won’t lift a finger to help. If you value your business, your sanity, or even just basic decency, stay as far away from this company as possible. They’re not just unreliable they’re dangerous to your operations and reputation.
