Reliable hosting, you can find all necessary tools when you need to create great business. The team is experienced enough and quick when you need to migrate mail and other services, you can easily switch between plans and maintain work. The most important thing about a2hosting is that it unique, to me it is not a crowded hosting company with so many clients, they care about their customers and maintain quality. Finally, security matters and so is a2hosting security.
A2 Hosting is a complete scam. Stay away from them. Firstly, they are expensive and don't give anything like free domain and unlimited subdomains which others like Hostinger does. I took A2 Hosting's hosting package in November 2023 on a Black Friday sale but still got an expensive deal. I hosted my sites on their maximum limit of three subdomains. In August end 2024, I emailed them saying I wouldn't be renewing their hosting in November 2024 and deleted my credit card details from their site. Within 24 hours I got a bunch of emails saying my account had been terminated for violation of some TOS. Apparently, 9 months after I hosted my websites, they found evidence of phishing just after I had emailed them saying I won't be renewing in November. So as revenge they did not allow me to use their hosting services for the next three months although I had paid for 12 months. They are plain cheats and scammers. I regret using their services and plan on reporting them to regulatory and enforcement authorities.

Billing resolved my problem in less than three hours. No sure if problem was internal to A2 Hosting or a problem caused by the improper software update by Microsoft affiliates on the July 18 weekend.
I received wonderful support from A2 hosting when I had issues with my websites, that were due in large part to my lack of expertise. I learned a lot about when to make backups, staging sites, and when to not make too many staging sites daisy chained. Even though my lack of skill caused the A2 staff a lot of extra work, they were very helpful and patient with me as we worked it out. I will not make the same mistake again of getting my work tangled up, and we got it all sorted out nicely. I highly recommend A2 hosting for their team, their equipment, their skill and their patience.
I could only reach tech support via chat for a very complex problem. It took almost two weeks for them to solve the problem while only being able to go back and forth via email which took days to wait for responses. Not even their sales or billing lines would answer calls which led me to believe they were going out of business. This was all during a critical project my group was working on and it left my customers without any feedback. When the problem was finally solved I received an email from whom I assume is a lead technician. I got the usual excuse that tech support was receiving a lot of inquiries. Why didn't they put a message indicating this and give the option of waiting for a call back. I will be leaving A2 Hosting.
A good support system, inclue ON Line Support and Email Technical Support. According to Online Support Service's answer You can not install Python on your share host. You have to order VPS host . Hence I canceled A2 at once and transferred to Google Cloud Platform at that time and registerred a google account for my urgent requirement. After that, I had received an Email Technical Support Team's solution too. YES. it's workable. Great. But I have cancelled my order at that time. Anyway, appreciate Email Technical Support Team's kind help to let me know the correct solution and let me know the share hosting also has a development solution on A2.
