VERY BAD ON THE PART OF THE TEAM CRUCIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order on 10/05 number 12638655509 for an amount of € 266.18.
They give me a discount for incompetence of the customer service team that attended me and on 06/10 for an amount of € 9.68.
For compensation they do not charge the shipping amount.
I have not received the order yet.
I receive the reports and verify that the Crucial website scan has failed and I have purchased something incompatible that I have to return.
I return the product 1Z59709V9133619544 and they reimburse me € 256.50, deducting the € 9.68 compensation.
Leaving Crucial in a bad place and me full of excuses.

Crucial sold to Digital Pacific - Service now terrible, Not Recommended.
Crucial was a fantastic webhost - unfortunately, the owners and the top talent all left when they sold the business to Digital Pacific (DP). DP have since reduced services dramatically, for example, removing live chat help and also taking over 24 hours to respond to support emails. Network issues and downtime have also crept upwards and I believe this is all due to the lack of ability of DP to handle all of the customers and issues.
I had a server with Crucial for over 5 years and since DP has taken over, it's time to move on to a better host. I would not recommend Digital Pacific / Crucial.
