This company is based out of Israel, and they are clearly targeting those who live in that area for their audience. Their site is in Hebrew, and does not translate into English very well at all. Many pages are very difficult to read, and since come of the text is actually in images, it makes it even more difficult. Once you get beyond that, however, they seem to offer a respectable service that most people are quite happy with. Their site does look very professional and well done (assuming the content is easier to read in their native language).
You will get a 99.9% uptime guarantee with this company, which is the standard for most companies today. They also boast that they have a great tech support team on site 24/7 to address any issues that do happen to pop up. Looking at the different hardware and services they provide, it seems very likely that their hosting is going to be very reliable.
They offer a variety of hosting options for both their shared hosting and the cloud services. In addition, they can register domains for you if you wish. For their lowest level packages the limitations are quite severe, which is unfortunate. The entry level package, for example, only allows you 100 MB of disk space. The highest shared option is going to be 3GB, which still isn’t too much.
Once you get past their entry level hosting options the features aren’t quite so bad, and they should be more than enough to run most types of standard websites without a problem.
This company provides 24/7 live tech support to help you address any issues you run into. They provide you with a phone number and email address so that you can get in touch with them right away. They also monitor their servers for problems in real time so they can be addressed before there is any actual downtime.
All the pricing is in the native currency, and when I tried to convert it it didn’t translate well. There were a number of different currencies that the system said it could be, which makes it difficult to comment. I did not find anyone complaining about the pricing, however, so the chances are that the prices are all quite fair.
If you are looking for hosting in Israel, this is a great option to choose. Their services seem quite nice (with a few notable exceptions). They also seem to do a good job keeping sites up and running with minimal problems.
