Awful support service: No refund after 2 months
I opted in for wordpress hosting package with free website.
After two weeks since sending the brief there was no sign of someone actually processing my website request. So I used an alternative builder with a built in hosting and sent a cancellation request to the vendor. Never heard from them ever since despite sending follow up emails every two weeks. Definitely not recommended.

I'd give 0, but it wasn't an option
Despite having proof of payment, Getspace kept sending an invoice for the service, and kept saying I was unable to proceed with the service until the amount was paid. I wrote several emails to say it was paid, but they never corrected the issue. Two and a half months later, they had the audacity to ask "Or did you never pay?"

I strongly advise you seek service elsewhere.

I found you because you are directly related to Wacademy and Getspace. The fact is that your Wacademy employees at the beginning of 2022 offered me to make a free website, which young web designers were supposed to make, for their experience and advertising, as well as in exchange for good reviews. In March 2023 I bought a domain with the name of my brand. I chose and filled in the design of the site myself, with my logos and fonts, colors, after which I was sent a Getspace invoice - $ 383. And they disappeared for a whole year. As a result, I spent the money, I don’t have a website, my business suffered losses because of this. This year I paid mine again for my domain, which I can't even access. And besides, I get bills again, to pay Getspase. Your employees, in the amount of 3 people who communicated with me, since they received the money, all are gone! I'm tired of writing to everyone and contacting them, all without success! Please help me get my domain back and my money back for the services I didn't get.
