I've used many hosting providers at basic to reseller level, I wish I had found Hoopla sooner because their platform is reliable and very expandable, everything works and support service is top notch. I highly recommend using Hoopla before trying anyone else.
I have worked with many hosting providers in the past but none have been as responsive and helpful as Hoopla Hosting and trust me I ask a lot of questions. Setting up my reseller account was quick and easy and I was given detailed information to get started. I highly rate this vendor.
Been trying to our connect domain name to a website for a couple of weeks now. Called probably 20 times over this period and he only ever answered once. Not even any answerphone service. He told me it would be easier to log a ticket. Did this, takes ages (sometimes) days to get a response. Keeps fobbing it off to different companies to deal with and each time it comes back to him. Have delt with a couple of other hosting companies before and it has always been a simple 15min task but Brad from Hoopla doesn't seem to want anything to do with it. Somehow he has locked our domain to his company even though the domain has been around for a couple of years and I can't even get in touch with him to find out why. As soon as I can figure this out i am transferring to another provider. Worst domain experience ever. Beware of this company.
