By our terms you can't misuse our server for any illegal activistic. Because of that your account was suspended and we also allowed you 3 hours to remove those files but you never took that chance. After reopening the live chat/ticket support we provide you with another opportunity to remove those files. Please let me inform you that 10th July was Eid-UL-Azha. Because of that we had a holiday from 10-19th July. In this period technical support and other support was delayed.
