Overall the type of features offered are not anything special, but there isn’t anything missing either.  This is because with VPS and dedicated servers you have more control over the server so you can put almost whatever you want on it.

Support

Good support but it isn’t free

The support provided by the technical teams is quite good, but there is no phone number to call for it.  You have to use their support ticket system, which does get good results.  The biggest problem with the support from this company is that it is not free or unlimited.  When you sign up you will get a total of three hours of free support (beyond the initial setup).  If you exceed that amount, you get charged $30 per hour for any additional support that they provide.

This company has packages available at just about every price point for VPS servers ranging from $15 per month to $140.  The dedicated servers start at $130 per month and go up to $299.  In addition to the hardware itself impacting price the location will have an impact too.  You can choose from either the US or the Netherlands for hosting for both VPS and dedicated servers.
