Steady innovation
I have been using Impreza Host as my server hosting provider for over 6 months and I am extremely satisfied with the service. I have never had any instability issues and I have always been very well assisted. The difference lies in the constant innovation in their solutions. Recently, they made ImpChat available, which is an incredible product that can be used for free. I highly recommend it!

Contradictory Policies and Sudden VPS Suspension
My experience with Impreza Host has been extremely disappointing.

I chose this provider because they explicitly market themselves as an "Ignore DMCA" hosting company aimed at projects that traditional hosts usually refuse. My website only contains torrent links and does not host copyrighted material itself. It also contains no ads, malware, phishing, scams, or illegal content of any kind.

After receiving some complaints, their own support team initially offered to migrate my VPS to different datacenters (Ukraine, Russia, and other possible alternatives) in order to keep the service online. They even discussed migration windows and confirmed that everything could be preserved without downtime.

However, only hours later, they completely changed their position and decided to suspend the service, suddenly claiming that no location was suitable due to "infrastructure risks," despite previously stating the opposite.

The most disappointing part is not just the VPS termination itself, but the constant contradiction between tickets, promises, and final decisions. If a provider advertises itself as "anti-DMCA" customers naturally expect consistency with what is being marketed. Otherwise, they should be transparent from the beginning instead of creating expectations they ultimately cannot fulfill.

On top of that, they refused to provide any proportional refund for the remaining service time, even though the VPS cancellation was entirely their own decision.

In the end, the experience feels like a waste of time migrating infrastructure to a provider that promised conditions they were ultimately unable to uphold.
