Scammer company. Paid for their Singapore server to host our website but since day 1 while we are doing testing and backup they block our server access for multiple times daily. I replied their email saying we are doing testing and backup they replied ok but still continue to block. They said its their system auto block so they cant do anything. Today we reset the server after they said they had restore our connection but I still can't access the server and instantly got an email to say access blocked again. I ask for refund since its not workable and they refused to refund and say no such thing as refund in their company. They claimed their server is all ok and nothing they can do. So avoid this company unless you want nightmare for your usage. Below is an example for their email. Which they cant explain to me how why our testing usages will trigger their auto blockage.

If you have not made any changes, please access the server via the console and check the logs for any potential attacks. Additionally, we have not found any rebuild logs indicating recent activity.
The network will resume automatically once the traffic reduced.

We have all the emails replies from your so call useless support team and they said nothing can be done on their end as their system auto block kicks in. And they refused to refund saying there is no such thing as refund policy from their company. We cant get back a single cent from this crap company. After we google we found more customers have issues with them and due to there issnt any refund policy they did not do anything much to help and customers had to lose their money only.

No solution is given as your backend say they can't over write the system to bypass or disable the lockdown. We already told your guys we will be doing testing on the server and still our site is been locked down many times a day which we can't even do anything. If you claim they had given solution and why is the server getting locked out many times daily? I dare you to post and show the solution you claimed your guys had provided? Or you want me to post out our email with your guys surrendering and said they can't do anything. Just ask us to suck our thumb and treat it as a donation to your company.
