Hosting Seems to be Stable

The hosting with this company appears to be quite stable.  They use good quality servers from high end companies like Intel and others.  The one odd thing is that they list their uptime guarantee at 99.768%.  The standard guarantee is 99.9% so it is not clear why they would have it set to this level.  When researching what people are saying about their expectations and experiences for stability and reliability, however, everyone appeared to be happy so that is a good sign.

Lots of Different Options

When you browse through the different hosting packages you will see that they offer a variety of different choices to choose from.  For example, you can select from either Plesk or cPanel, which most hosting providers don’t offer both.  They also allow you to choose from Linux or Windows based hosting even at the shared level.  When looking at their shared options you will see that their entry level package is limited to 500 megs of disk space and 1 MySQL database.  The rest of their shared packages are all unlimited on these features.

When you move up to their dedicated servers you will have several options, all running high quality Intel core CPUs.  The CPUs that they list are all i5’s, which is not the top of the line processor, but will be more than enough for most types of sites.  They also offer 8-16 gigs of RAM and plenty of disk space at all levels.

The one complaint I have with their features is that some of them are hard to figure out.  This is almost certainly due to the fact that their site is not in English and much of it does not translate because they use images with text on it.  This, of course, is not a problem for those who speak the language but if you don’t, it can get confusing.

If you run into any type of problem with your hosting, you will be able to get the assistance you need quite quickly.  They offer 24/7 tech support.  In addition, their tech support teams are always monitoring servers and other things to help address any problems before they actually cause down time or other visitor impacting issues.  They do provide you with plenty of information about their hosting too so you can learn as you go.

Reasonable Prices for Hosting

When looking at the hosting prices you will see that they are right in line with what most other providers are charging.  This company bills annually for shared hosting, which some people may find inconvenient.  When you get up to the dedicated server levels you will be able to pay monthly.  No matter which level of hosting you choose, the prices are going to be fair.  They also have a variety of other services like domain name registration and more, which are also priced properly.

Helpful Company with Some Concerns

I’m somewhat torn on this section.  On the one hand, their site is quite hard to navigate and find what you need.  Since this is due to the language translation issues, however, it is hard to put the fault on Natro.  After all, their target audience can undoubtedly find exactly what they need without any trouble since they speak the language.  Beyond that small concern, however, they do make things simple and give you plenty of options to ensure your site will run just the way you want it.

Other than a few cosmetic issues, this company seems to offer great hosting at a reasonable price.  They have been in business for a very long time and continue to grow as they build on their success.  Anyone who wants hosting in Turkey will want to give this company a close look.
