On the down side, there are a few broken links on their site and their link to the Facebook page is not valid. Overall, this seems like a very nice hosting option.
They have an uptime guarantee of 99.99%. The hardware they use is very nice and they have a strong tech team on site to support it. Also, the fact that they use SSD’s will help to avoid problems too. Their daily backups will get you up and running fast in the event that there is any type of outage.
I browsed through the web to see if I could find any significant complaints of downtime or slowness and I couldn’t. The company also promises to never oversell their shared hosting servers, which is very important (though admittedly very subjective).

Beyond just the hosting features, however, they also offer a variety of extras. First, they do daily backups that are verified and safely stored. They also offer full ‘we care’ service, which means they will help you with any issue whether it is on their end or not. Another promise is that they guarantee to keep your server software updated each week to avoid security problems. Overall, the features with this company are very nice.
The tech support team is available 24/7 to talk with or get help from. They are happy to answer any problem you’re having and get you back up and running if you are down. The company has a policy that their tech support will help with any issue whether it is hardware or your software that is causing the problem. They also have a nice knowledgebase to allow you to learn more about the services they offer and help you to avoid problems.
The prices are not the cheapest I’ve seen, but based on the features you’re getting, it is quite a deal. Entry level hosting is just $1.00 per month or $10.00 per year. Move up to the Premier shared hosting and it is just $20.00 per month or $200.00 per year. VPS hosting is also very inexpensive and the prices range based on the hardware you need.
Onra Host is a very nice hosting option for just about any type of website. The company appears to be dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and while they are a newer company, they do seem to do a great job at ensuring their customers are happy.
