Don’t subscribe to Oxito Since the migration in 2019, the emails on Oxito via Net4All don’t work well, we need to send them two sometimes five times, because the outgoing servers are not recognised. Weekly, my website appears to be offline or unresponsive, sometimes tens of minutes, sometimes for hours.
Currently (and since 20 May 2021 — over 5 days now, as today is 25 May 2021), my websites as well as the emails don’t work at all, because of another migration, which went wrong. The Oxito team is not reachable at all, they set up a generic home page with updates every two days about ‘the major incident’ and a text mentioning that they are solving the problem.
Do not use them if you have a business, or/and online sales, and need an email working on a daily basis. They are not reliable, have weekly malfunctions, and the Oxito support team usually reply to the emails within 36-48h, with generic answers without solving the problem.
