You’ll find that PTisp uses only good quality hardware from large, well-known companies. This helps ensure that there won’t be any unexpected outages or other problems.  They also use RAID configuration for their hard disks to further limit risk.  While I didn’t see any type of uptime guarantee, there is really on reason to think you would run into trouble here.  Other users of this hosting company have given them a good rating for stability and I couldn’t find anyone complaining about this type of issue.

Looking at the shared hosting plans you will have four to choose from.  They lay these options out in a simple table with the most important information at the top and then more technical details down below, which makes it quite easy to understand.  All the shared servers run with solid state drives, which will help improve stability and speed of your sites.  They only offer Linux for the operating system at this level, but they do have unlimited bandwidth.

When you move up to VPS solutions there are a number of categories to choose from based on your needs.  You can get managed hosting, unmanaged hosting, Linux or Windows, Plesk or cPanel.  Each of these options then has multiple packages within it to ensure you are going to get the hosting you want without wasting money on things you need.  These packages come with just 1-10 gigs of disk space, which is plenty for almost any site but quite a bit less than most hosting companies offer today.

Finally, looking at the dedicated servers, they have the hosting options broken up into Linux or Windows hosting.  From there, you can select either managed or unmanaged based on your needs.  The servers are fairly nice, though certainly not top-of-the-line.  They have 4-16 gigs of DDR3 RAM, which his nice.  You’ll also get at least 4 CPU cores.  Disk space is significantly higher here, starting at 500 gigs and going up to dual 1 TB SATA drives.  The dedicated servers will more than meet the needs of any mid to large sized site.
