Responsive and Helpful
So, after I'm move from my previously web hosting, I'm decided to move my web to Qwords. I think, they're in average with another web host, but their responsive and responsibility service make I'm didn't move (again) to other web hosting. They have knowledge base that helpful, and live chat more responsive compared with my prev. So, I think they're good to recommend and have full product and service from web host to software and training.

Great Customer Support and Speed
I use Qwords Hosting for my website paccoo.com (WordPress hosting) and parahikma.ac.id (maxxhosting) and I feel that every problem I faced is solved fast and friendly. They got great speed, especially when I access my website in southeast Asia and Japan. I use hosting from Qwords for about 3 years now and hard to move because I feel great with their service. I have no history with server down or something like that. It's worth to use their service and very recommended.
