I submitted a query about SSH access at 1:32 PM, explaining an issue I encountered while trying to connect to my server using the command:

I received a response at 2:03 PM, just 31 minutes after submitting my ticket. This response time is impressive, especially for a hosting provider that lacks live chat support. It shows their commitment to addressing customer concerns promptly, even via a more traditional ticketing system.
