i used infinityfree and freehosting & other free hosting everyone has similar server issue website down most of the time also unwanted redirect to cookies pages alsosometime you should have to use VPN to open site otherwise you can't but tinker host is best i didnt face any issue also customer support is best , i stuck to active ssl after some hour i write on forum page the instanlty replied then fixed for me hence support team is best they never ignore their customer even they free. I agree as you are using free service some limitation is there such as file upload limit but as it is free thats enough .
