Both of these are high quality services, but they seem to primarily push their dedicated hosting, which may be why more people don’t know about them. Whether you’re just getting started or you are a well established site, this is a good company to work with.
They have a high end data center in LA. Their site has quite a few pictures of the data center, and a lot of information about it. From what I can gather, this is a very nice facility with all the high end options that you would want from a hosting company.
WebHost.Pro knows that when you offer hosting to high end sites you need to have them up and operational at all times. They have done a really good job building a reputation for reliable hosting throughout the industry. They have a 99.9% uptime guarantee, but very few people will ever run into a need to use it.
Their data center is on the higher end, which also helps to keep their servers up and running. They have redundant network connections to the biggest telephone companies in the country. They also have redundant power supplies so that you’ll never go down due to power issues.
WebHost.pro will provide you with everything you need to get your site up and running quickly and easily. Most of what you need will be included in whatever package you choose to purchase. In fact, for most customers they won’t even need to consider getting any of the premium services.
In addition to all the basic options, they also offer things like SEO services, eCommerce support, web design and domain registration. The basic packages come with an easy website builder that will help get you up and running quick too.
You can reach out to the technical support via email, phone or their ticketing system. If you are not happy with the service you’re getting, they even provide the email address to the CEO of the company so you can file a complaint directly to him. Of course, this is not likely to happen very often sine they do such a great job with their support services.
They have some good self-help documents available, but this really isn’t their best feature.
The pricing from this company is not going to really be a major selling point, but it won’t put you off either. For their shared hosting packages you can get the price as low as $2.25 per month, if you pay annually. This is a really good deal for simple sites. When you look at their dedicated servers you will see that they too are priced fairly. Of course, the price is higher than other types of hosting, but that is to be expected.
This company provides some of the best hosting services in the industry with their dedicated hosting packages. Their shared hosting options are also quite good, but don’t really stand out quite as much.
