How To Backup Your WordPress Site To Google Drive

Step 1:

Login to your WordPress admin Dashboard with your admin credentials.

On the left side menu, you will see Plugins. Hover over there and click Add New to add the new plugin to WordPress.

Step 2:

Search for UpdraftPlus – WordPress Backup.
Install

the Plugin and Activate it.

Step 3:

Hover over Settings on the left side menu and click on UpdraftPlus Backups

Step 4:

Click on the settings page of UpDraftPlus and select Google Drive as the remote storage.

On Click Google Drive, UpdraftPlus shows a window to authenticate yourself with a google account and complete the setup.

After the setup, you can backup your WordPress site by clicking on Backup Now at the Current Status Tab.

The backup of your WordPress site will be created and automatically be uploaded to your Google Drive. You can restore your backup by clicking the Restore button.
