Ionos turned out to be a great option for my businesses requiring top-notch security and performance. This VPS hosting option is recommended by me for those, seeking an affordable and user-friendly solution. I noticed that DigitalOcean, DedicatedCore, and Interserver, three VPS companies, provide various security features to safeguard our crucial data. The top choice for individuals with security worries.

They charge me twice. and no no chat option no email option no call option very bad service, even you can't cancel subscription. please never buy IONOS

HostArmada has one of the best support teams I've experienced. They quickly identify the root cause of problems, resolve them efficiently, and treat customers with great politeness and respect.

I was with another hosting company for years, and their service, while never good was acceptable. I am so glad I switched to Host Armada, their tech support is awesome! Its quick and the staff are knowledgeable and the service is consistent and reliable

HostArmada is a very reliable server provider. I have installed and successfully run multiple project types with their servers. Excellent service.

This has been, without exaggeration, one of the most infuriating, stressful, and financially damaging experiences I’ve ever had with any service**and I’m stunned this company is still in business. They have a laughably rigid "no refunds after 45 days" policy, even if you're left with NINE MONTHS of unusable time on your account. Imagine paying for something long-term, only for the provider to completely fail on their endand then smugly deny you a refund. It's not just unethicalit's predatory. The server performance is absolutely abysmal. It feels like a ticking time bomb. Their servers go down every five damn minutes. I wish that were an exaggeration. You can’t run a business, host clients, or even keep a basic webpage online with this level of instability. And the worst part? They know it. They’ve been told. And they’ve done NOTHING. This isn’t just about downtime. This is about the destruction of trust, time, and business. Their constant outages directly led to the suspension of both my Google Ads and Google Merchant Center accounts. Do you have any idea what kind of hell it is trying to recover from that? The appeals, the explanations, the hours of writing emails and making calls just to prove that you didn’t do anything wrongit was your provider. I’ve lost revenue, credibility, and sleep over this. I’ve spent countless hours troubleshooting problems that weren’t mine to begin with fighting fires started by their failures. The psychological stress of watching your business crumble over something you can't control is unbearable. It’s anxiety. It’s helplessness. It’s rage. And above all, it's betrayal because I trusted them to deliver a basic, functional service. And what do you get when you raise these issues? Nothing. Silence. Or worse copy-pasted excuses from support agents who clearly don’t care and won’t lift a finger to help. If you value your business, your sanity, or even just basic decency, stay as far away from this company as possible. They’re not just unreliable they’re dangerous to your operations and reputation.

I have been a loyal customer of FastComet since 2017, and I can confidently say that they have consistently exceeded my expectations in every way. From their reliable hosting services to their outstanding customer support, FastComet is truly a top-notch hosting provider. A special shoutout to their incredible support staff, especially George K., who exemplifies what excellent customer service should be. George has been prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful every time I’ve needed assistance. His ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently reflects the high standards FastComet upholds.

Fastcomet's service from the start has been exceptional. Their customer tech support goes above and beyond, George K especially. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Verpex for hosting resellers. Thier NVME server speed, security and support is unmatchable. True 24/7 human and AI support with orbit. I know they're not cheap like other hosts but let me clear you out. Other host will give you very cheap hosting plans but offer you poor support and slow congested servers. Also they usually give first month discounts for you to set up you're basis before getting fully charged the next month. The most important was when they changed pricing they didn't touch my plans, thier new pricing only went to new signups. This is incredible!

I had experience with several hosting companies in my career but not one was this bad and toxic. They blocked my service immediately after purchase without proper reason or information, they did not provide domain transfee and they asked me to pay additional money once I submitted the ticket. Then they pretended it is all my fault. That speaks a lot for itself. Avoid at all costs.

Verpex Hosting is a top-tier solution for individuals, startups, and growing businesses. It combines affordability with powerful features and outstanding support. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a hosting provider that’s easy to use, secure, and genuinely customer-focused.

Avoid Hostgator if you value your website. Their system deleted my WordPress site – gone! When I spoke to “support” they say that billing for my hosting failed. After I have been with them for years. The credit card on file is one we use every day. They say their ‘system’ sent an email about billing problem. Those emails never came to us, although I get emails from them all the time – MANY emails I have received, none saying they would delete my hosting or notice of their system failing to bill correctly. My domain name was billed fine. They have no explanation, my site is gone because Hostgater failed! AVOID THESE FAILING SYSTEMS AND USELESS, IRRISPONSIBLE COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR WEB SITES!!

HostGator charged me after I had already canceled auto-renewal. I contacted their support and got zero help. This isn’t a reliable hosting company — they only care about charging, not customer satisfaction. Would not recommend.

Excellent service from the staff . Happy to get my host from hostgator . Good flexible service especially when using the shared plan . I would recommend using it . Excellent host

Hey! Years have passed since i use their services and years will pass from now one with me along side them. Good prices and offers, reliable services and the best staff i ever met. They are always there to help and solve problems! Thank you Hostens !

I've been waiting for days for a refund for two orders that I made and paid for that were not delivered to me. When I requested a refund, they asked me to wait 7 days, but almost 15 days have passed and so far nothing.

Was looking for a web host for a few small websites without much traffic. After having these with hostings for a week or so, the support started arguing, making false accusations and threatening to close the account to try to force me to upgrade to expensive packages. When I didn't have time to respond to support within the tight time frame they set up, they shut down the entire account and all web pages and locked me out of everything, I couldn't download files that were with them, couldn't save emails or databases that were there. A big warning for this web host.

We paid InterServer $709 for two dedicated servers on September 24, 2026. One was delivered on October 2. As of October 2, the other still shows "Setup In-progress," with no firm delivery date. We followed up repeatedly and requested a supervisor, a firm handoff date, and a billing credit on September 29. That escalation on the remaining server's ticket is still unanswered. Support had answered a configuration question earlier, but did not explain the delay or provide an ETA. We specifically passed on overseas hardware options because we wanted to work with an American tech company and expected U.S.-based technical support. When we called for service, we reached a call center in India. That was disappointing, especially while we were already struggling to get answers about our order. This has disrupted our migration planning and made it difficult to trust the onboarding process. Delays can happen, but getting a clear answer should not require repeated chasing. We want a confirmed delivery date and a response to our billing-credit request.

The support team have been very good and prompt when assisting me anytime I am having a problem with hosting

I have to say, from first hand experience, my former host went from great to horrible and I was stuck with higher fees and lower quality. I started small with Interserver to make sure it was the right move for all of my clients. Everything turned out great. I decided to move every domain, every client using various hosting platforms they offer. They are quick with support. Usually within an hour but not always. They NEVER take days to respond. They offer so many great services often already included in your hosting. I am just amazed how great they have been. I can register domains quickly, order a hosting package FAST and I couldn't be happier. If you got stuck with a dud host service that turned to crap like my old host provider, I strongly encourage you to give Interserver a try. Maybe start small like I did to make sure. I am now doing ALL of my web hosting services with Interserver and I am soooooo happy. You should be too.

I have used several other services, and this has been the one that best fits my needs. Kamatera provides excellent performance, flexibility, and reliability. The setup is fast, and the level of control is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid and scalable VPS solution.

This is happening for the second time with my business: The company claims they will process the payments and send confirmation emails, but they don’t actually process the payments or charge the card, despite us having already provided two payment options, including a bank account. They don’t complete the payment, and they lock us out. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME OUR BUSINESS HAS BEEN AFFECTED. THEY DON’T HAVE 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kamatera claims they are outside of working hours and make you wait several days. The last time, WE WERE LOCKED OUT FOR FOUR DAYS BECAUSE IT WAS A HOLIDAY. This time, we’ve already emailed and called multiple times, and the only person answering the phone says he can’t do anything because it will take at least 24 hours for the billing department to resolve the issue. KAMATERA HOLDS OUR INFORMATION AND REFUSES US ACCESS TO, BUT ALSO REFUSES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY, AND THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM WHENEVER THEY WANT. Now, imagine your entire business paralyzed because Kamatera is holding your business information “hostage”, and won’t unlock your account because they did not process the payment. We do not recommend their services at all.

I've been trying to get kamatera.com to do something about their scammer spammer clients for over a year. All that I ever get is their automated response of "Thank you for contacting us, This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. Technical Support tickets response time goes from 5 minutes up to 24 hours, depending on the ticket urgency..." which goes absolutely nowhere - no responses after that and their scam clients continue to mass spam from their servers. This is not just casual stuff. These are forged headers, posing as various companies (complete with stealing their logos) and promising great deals... as long as you enter your credit card info. Yea, right. If you are even thinking of doing any hosting on kamatera.com I would suggest you go and do some random checks of some of their IPs. Every one I checked were on multiple blacklists for spam and fraud, which means any emails you send out will end up in spam folders. Any email you send out using another mail service will also end up in spam folders if you listed a link to a website hosted on Kamatera. There are good companies and then there are those who don't care if their client breaks any laws. There are far better companies out there who actually honor their advertised AUP. I could list ticket numbers here but there's dozens of them since every illegal spam gets reported. They just don't care. Update 03/15/2025: Kamatera requested additional information last week, so I provided them with ove a dozen different IP addresses that were being used in massive spam attacks, complete with phishing sites and forged headers. Their response? They did nothing. Kamatera: add a new IP to this growing list of why your servers are all getting blacklisted. Latest scam site at another IP assigned to Kamatera/Cloudwm and already on multiple blacklists. Use them, and your emails will be flagged as spam since so many of their IPs are always on blacklists.

For a decade or two I have worked with techs off and on with other hosts to fix issues like simple email linking and Valentin N was the best I have ever worked with other than one other after 20 years of using managed hosting... I have used A2 before and so far I am glad to be back! Thanks

I had quite a tricky SSL problem which A2 were very quick in diagnosing and putting in place actions to be taken. The management, control panel and day to day admin are excellent but for me, the support is the best I have experienced. A2 has some really smart people who know their stuff and the problem I had I couldn't have diagnosed it myself. Fantastic experience and that's why I have stayed a customer for over 3 years

I have been using A2 hosting for 10 years. And I am very satisfied. It is not only hosting but also support with really great knowledge. I highly recommend it.

Domain.com was initially very responsive and took my money for website builder and hosting. Despite purchasing an SSL certificate twice now on top of website builder and hosting package, my website remains not secure, and customer service reps refuse to respond to my live chat and email inquiries. I even reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn; again with no response. Such a horrible customer service. And now I am stuck. Stay away form doman.com

Be warned for domain.com everyone! Cheap prices but a large part of my website is offline in literally every update via the domain.com website builder tool. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. They often write that they just don’t know and in most cases close the chat due to inactivity (when you do not respond 2 minutes…) and then it starts over with another person (strong feeling it’s just 1 same person but different names as the type of handling and communication is very much the same) and over and over again and they suggest to skip the website update. Just a simple blog and product update which I cannot skip, super frustrating and I have customers! I am moving away from domain.com as hosting provider and their malfunctioning website tools and horrible customer service. I should have known with low prices but as terrible as this should be illegal, domain.com looks like a scam.

I have been with domain.com for about 5 years maybe more. Today I find out technical support has been canceled. You can no long get help by phone. When you could get help by phone they were awesome! Now I am looking for a new hosting site. Any recommendations?

Host Advice won't let me remove a review I never posted so here we are..... the review must contain 140 characters - so how many characters are there in 140? Mind melt.....

I was really unhappy using Hostwinds for a number of reasons. 1. They ONLY use a "Support Ticket" system for technical support. No chat support, no email support, and not phone support. Hence, you have to post every issue then wait for a reply, then repost, etc. until your problem is resolved - this usually results in much longer waiting times to resolve an issue. 2. They have a chat service that pings you on the site, but its worthless since they cannot answer any important questions. Just refer you elsewhere. 3. They add on storage fees and other charges that can be unclear. 4. Mail service is slower than other providers I have used. 5. I get a LOT more spam with them. Overall, their tech team is knowledgable but you never know who you're going to reach, nor when. That's the most frustrating thing. And, you're never going to speak to a person by phone after you sign up.

I bought unmanaged VPS and noticed that the server is active, but missing in one of the tabs. It was necessary to open ticket to see what happens. Finally it was their bug from the very beginning of my sign in. My inbox was "flooded" with support ticket answers. Just unreliable. Finally due to their rules I got less money refund, even I "used" their service for about a day! I made screenshots. but if I upload here it gives me error.
