You’ll get a 99.95% uptime guarantee with all their hosting packages, which is quite nice. It is not really clear what you get in the event that you’re doing for longer than this, but it is expected that it will be some type of credit to your bill. In the event that you have any type of downtime or any other issues, their technical support teams are quick to respond and help you get back up and running fast.

From what I can gather, the level 1 technical support teams are not physically located int eh UK, which can be frustrating. If you have a more complicated issue, however, you can be quickly escalated to an on-site technician who can help you through the issue. It is good to note, however, that even the level 1 techs seem very competent as long as they don’t need physical access to the servers.
eUKHost has a package at virtually every price point because of the fact that they offer so many different options. They aren’t looking to compete for the lowest price in the industry, but at the same time they do take care not to overcharge. When you compare the specific features and services you get with each package, you will know that you’re being charged fairly.
If you are looking to have a site hosted in the UK, this is definitely a good option to consider. While they are clearly focused on the higher end hosting options, they also don’t neglect shared hosting either.
