Ok, I've read a lot of negative posts about Qhosters customer service and given I have just had 2 issues with them which were resolved very quickly...I felt the need to throw my 2 pennies in.

I am ...Read Morea newbie to most of this and given that my issues were created by my lack of knowledge, I found the CS reps very accommodating and helpful, even going as far as to say that should i need help with a specific task i was trying to complete, they would help.

Whilst I appreciate that you have to wait for their CS to come online, ive found that they pick up the tickets within 24hrs and respond and will continue to work with you till its conclusion.

So far...I give the 10/10 for their efforts.

And they are not expensive either...BONUSLess

If you have something important to do then qhosters is definitely a place to avoid. They are controlled by mood swing and would destroy your work without and consideration or investigation.

I've heard plenty of complains about...Read More them. How they abuse their power as service provider among others. I recently have an encounter with them, it feels almost as if, they just lock you out because it gives them dopamine. I'd advise again, if you have anything important to do RUN from them. Use services llike AWS or Contabo.

I have attached screenshot to share my personal experience with them.
