I then notice that I am _STILL_ being billed by them, so once again a ticket is submitted (#395368) Sadly not long after submitting this ticket I was admitted to a hospital due to a stroke for quite some time; come home and start getting things in order only to notice I AM STILL BEING BILLED. Once again; submit a ticket (#837201) And now I'm essentially being told because so much time has passed I can only get a partial refund; Their "team" doesn't give a rats backend about their customers.
