it seemed to confusing. I contacted their technical support and they basically did everything for me. I was really happy that they got me up and running so quickly. I've been with them almost a year now and haven't had any further issues.

Ich habe eine Domain bei STRATO gekauft und danach dreimal den Support kontaktieren müssen, weil ich keine Bestätigung oder Informationen zum Kauf erh...
alten habe. Am dritten Tag stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um eine Premium-Domain handelt, die sie gar nicht kaufen können. Nun soll ich einen Antrag auf Rückerstattung stellen. Der Service ist einfach katastrophal.

e as their platform wasn't working - which also frequently happens. All of my backups were also hosted through them and guess what... they deleted all my data and told me there was nothing they could do. Avoid at all costs. The customer service and experience sucks.
